Managing a 1-day series of exclusive launch events at the Bugatti London showroom.
This comprised of a daytime showroom launch press event, scheduled customer viewings of the Bugatti Chiron and an evening reception.
The reception concluded with a customer and manufacturer private dining experience at The Connaught.
Each event had a different audience and objective which required the coordination of different menus, layouts and infrastructure changes which were flawlessly executed throughout the day.
AIM
Launch the new Bugatti Chiron in the first and only official showroom in the UK creating a 1-day series of relaxed press and customer events that provide polished, exemplary service.
